Welcome to SkilledToHire ("we," "us"), a local job board connecting job seekers with employers in the Fort Wayne / Northeast Indiana region. By using the site you agree to these terms.

The service

SkilledToHire lets employers post jobs and lets job seekers apply directly to those employers. We are a listing and introduction platform — we are not the employer, we do not make hiring decisions, and we do not guarantee that any job will be filled or that any applicant will be hired.

Job seekers

• Using SkilledToHire is free for job seekers.
• You agree the information you submit is accurate and yours to share.
• When you apply to a job, your application (name, contact info, and message) is shared with that employer so they can contact you.

Employers

• You must be a real, legally operating business and provide accurate company and posting information.
• Postings must be genuine open positions, must not discriminate unlawfully, and must comply with applicable employment and pay-transparency laws.
• You are responsible for how you use applicant information and for your own hiring, screening, and employment practices.

Prohibited use

No fraudulent listings, spam, scraping, harvesting of applicant data for unrelated purposes, or unlawful activity. We may suspend or remove accounts or postings that violate these terms.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for hiring outcomes, the conduct of employers or applicants, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.

Governing law
