What we collect

• Job seekers: name, phone, email, the trade/role you're interested in, and anything you include in an application.
• Employers: account email, company name, and business-verification details (legal name, EIN, phone, address).
• Basic technical data (e.g., which ad brought you) to understand what's working.

How we use it

• To show relevant local jobs and let you apply.
• When you apply to a job, your application is shared with that employer so they can contact you. That's the point of the service.
• To notify you (by text or email) about local job openings if you asked us to.
• To verify employers are real businesses and keep fake listings off the board.

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal information. We don't share it beyond the employer(s) you apply to and the service providers that help us run the site (e.g., email and hosting), except as required by law.

If you opt in to job-alert texts, standard message/data rates may apply. Reply STOP anytime to opt out.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete your information at any time by emailing support@skilledtohire.com.

Security & retention

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your data and keep it only as long as needed to run the service or as required by law.
